All the very best wishes for those planning to run the Gold Coast Marathon this weekend. This will be the first event in 8 years that I have not run on the Gold Coast the first Sunday in July and is filled with many incredible memories.

This will unfortunately break the streak of being the only marathon run every year since starting this journey back in 2008 and is also the site of my personal best time of 3:46:26 from 2013.

There are other priorities to bring together in the US at the moment and I am looking forward to my very first Independence Day celebrations on the 4th July.
